Hank Marine Medium Speed Engine Oil SAE 30 / 40 is made from high quality mineral base oils and a selection of high performance additives. The product is a high performance, high alkali value marine medium speed piston diesel engine oil with excellent acid neutralisation and cleanliness and dispersion properties to meet the requirements of marine engines using high sulphur fuels.
Performance characteristics
- excellent alkali retention and acid neutralisation to inhibit acid corrosion from sulphur-containing fuel combustion and provide effective engine protection
- excellent oxidation resistance and thermal stability for long oil life
- Excellent detergency and dispersibility, preventing high temperature carbon build-up and dispersing sludge into tiny particles to keep the engine clean
- Good water separation performance, can separate the water entering the oil, avoiding oil emulsification
- Excellent anti-rust properties to prevent rust and corrosion of engine parts
Product application
For the lubrication of marine medium speed barrel piston diesel engines or diesel generator sets with sulphur content greater than 3.5%.
Other notes
It should be used to prevent impurities from being mixed in, so as not to affect the use effect.
This product should not be mixed with other oils. This product should be stored in sealed containers.
Packed in 18L and 200L iron drums, it should be stored and transported in such a way as to prevent the mixing of water and impurities.
