This product uses deeply refined base oil, mixed with various additives such as extreme pressure, oiliness, wear resistance, oxygen resistance, rust prevention, etc. Specially formulated to fully meet the precision and smoothness requirements of modern high-yield machine tools for workpieces. It can quickly separate from the aqueous coolant in the cooling system, which helps to reduce the corrosion of the lubricating surface by strong alkaline coolant.

Product Application
- No. 68 oil is recommended for horizontal guide rails of small and medium-sized machine tools. It is also suitable for large machine tools as immersion applications.
- No. 100 oil is recommended for dual purpose gear and guide rail lubrication systems.
- 220 # oil is generally recommended for large machine tools with high guide rail pressure or high precision requirements. It is also suitable for vertical and inclined guide rails with leakage problems.
- Hank guide oil series products can be used for lubricating screws, linear guides, headstocks, translation screws, cylindrical and conical gears, as well as light duty turbine transmission devices.
