Hank High Viscosity Damping Oil

This product is refined from a highly viscous synthetic oil as the base oil, adding special viscosity enhancers, rust inhibitors, anti-corrosion additives, and structural improvers. It is divided into more than ten models according to the torque size, with damping increasing in order. It is designed for joint components that need to be blocked and buffered, and for the shaft core area with hand feel adjustment, making component movement more stable, gentle, and accurate.
Performance characteristics
- Excellent adhesion, damping, and lubricity;
- Good water resistance, uniform distribution of oil molecules, and average buffering force;
- Excellent shock absorption, cushioning, and sealing performance, compatible with most plastic materials;
- Good rust resistance and chemical stability, non corrosive to metals, with a long service life.
Product Application
- It is suitable for tape recorders, perpetual calendars, tripods, cameras, CD players, audio knobs, rotary potentiometer, straight slide potentiometer and other products requiring blocking, buffering and fine adjustment;
- It is suitable for damping, buffering, vibration damping and sealing of optical instrument such as telescopes, microscopes, shock absorbers and sanitary ware covers.
Other instructions
During use, impurities should be prevented from mixing in to avoid affecting the effectiveness of use.
This product cannot be mixed with other oil products. This product should be stored in a sealed container.
Strictly prevent the mixing of moisture and impurities during storage and transportation.
