Hank High Temperature Chain Grease

This product is a high viscosity black lubricating grease refined from inorganic thickener thickened high-temperature resistant synthetic oil, and added with antioxidant, rust resistant, and super MOS2, WOS2 solid lubricants. This high-temperature chain lubricating grease is designed for the lubrication of chains, gears, bearings, and sliding tracks operating under high temperature and low speed conditions.
Performance characteristics
- Excellent high-temperature stability and oxidation resistance, resistant to coking and oil dripping at high temperatures;
- Excellent lubrication and wear resistance, which can effectively reduce the wear of gears and chains;
- Good corrosion resistance and rust resistance, effectively preventing the chain from being corroded and corroded;
- Excellent adhesion performance, easy to form oil film, can maintain long-term good operation of the chain.
Product Application
- Suitable for lubrication and protection of high-temperature chains and various high-temperature and low-speed bearings, gears, and tracks in high-temperature drying furnaces, ovens, paint baking, spraying lines, drying boxes;
- It is widely used for lubrication of medium and heavy load chains, gears and bearings of industrial devices and equipment working under high temperature (such as high-temperature drying room chains in the building materials industry and hot press chains in the wood processing industry).
Other instructions
During use, impurities should be prevented from mixing in to avoid affecting the effectiveness of use.
This product cannot be mixed with other oil products. This product should be stored in a sealed container.
Strictly prevent the mixing of moisture and impurities during storage and transportation.
