This product is a low-temperature high-speed lubricating grease made by thickening low viscosity ester synthetic oil with a composite barium thickener, and refining it with additives such as oxidation resistance, rust prevention, and corrosion resistance. This low-temperature and long-life high-speed grease is designed for the lubrication of high-speed machine tool spindles and high load, high-speed rolling and sliding bearings. It can significantly reduce the heat generated by friction, significantly reduce the working temperature of high-speed bearings, and improve the working life of bearings, especially for machine tool spindles that require extremely high guidance accuracy and speed.

- Excellent high-speed resistance and wear resistance, with a speed coefficient of up to 1.0 × 106；
- Excellent pressure absorption and lubrication performance, able to withstand high loads;
- Superior shear resistance and water resistance, providing good rust and corrosion protection;
- Good high and low temperature performance and oxidation stability, and extremely long service life of lubricating grease.
Product Application
- Suitable for long-term lubrication of high-speed machine tool spindle bearings (especially angular contact ball bearings) and high-speed sliding bearings, high-speed cylindrical roller bearings, high-speed printing machines, high-speed drilling machines, and textile machinery high-speed bearings.
- Used for long-term lubrication of high load ball screws and high-speed motion device spindles, as well as for long-term lubrication of cableways and precision instruments.
- Used for lubrication of low-temperature low starting torque bearings, high-speed gyro motor bearings, and precision transmission gears (such as bevel gears on grinding machines, gears in electric actuators, etc.).

During use, impurities should be prevented from mixing in to avoid affecting the effectiveness of use.
This product cannot be mixed with other oil products. This product should be stored in a sealed container.
Strictly prevent the mixing of moisture and impurities during storage and transportation.
