Hank Waterproof Sealing Grease

This product is a food grade sealing grease refined from a high-purity inorganic thickener thickened with high molecular weight polysiloxane, and added with antioxidant, anti-corrosion, and structural improvement agents. This high viscosity sealing grease meets the requirements for food safety in contact with drinking water and is designed for sealing and lubrication of pressure valves and drinking water valves. It can also be used for lubrication and sealing of metal/plastic, plastic/plastic, ceramic/ceramic, ceramic/plastic sliding surfaces
Performance characteristics
- Excellent water resistance and sealing, resistant to cold and hot water, and resistant to environmental aging;
- Excellent high and low temperature performance and antioxidant performance, with a small change in consistency with temperature;
- Excellent oil resistance, corrosion resistance to most chemicals, and extremely long service life;
- Excellent adhesion and lubricity, well compatible with the vast majority of plastics and elastomers.
Product Application
- Applied for waterproofing, sealing lubrication, and corrosion prevention of valves, cocks, plungers, gaskets, sealing rings, and wedge seals.
- Widely used for waterproofing, sealing, insulation, and moisture-proof of toys, electrical appliances, instruments, bathroom/diving equipment, faucets, cable joints, and insulated terminals;
- It can be used for lubrication and sealing between plastic, rubber, metal, and sealing components. It can be used for low-speed rolling and lubrication of flat bearings, gears, or hinges.
Other instructions
During use, impurities should be prevented from mixing in to avoid affecting the effectiveness of use.
This product cannot be mixed with other oil products. This product should be stored in a sealed container.
Strictly prevent the mixing of moisture and impurities during storage and transportation.
