Hank Low Noise Bearing Lubricating Grease
NLGI 2
This product is a low noise lubricating grease refined from ester based synthetic oil, synthetic polyurea compounds as thickeners, and special additives in extremely clean environments. This low noise grease is designed specifically for the lubrication of high cleanliness sealed bearings that require extremely low noise operation. It can effectively reduce the vibration value of the bearings and meet the lubrication requirements of long life, low noise, and low starting torque.
Performance characteristics
- Excellent lubrication performance and high-speed performance, with minimal abnormal noise during bearing operation;
- Excellent thermal oxidation stability, low low-temperature torque, and wide working temperature range;
- Excellent wear resistance and water resistance, as well as excellent rust and corrosion resistance;
- High cleanliness, free from particulate impurities, ensuring long-lasting and low noise operation.
Product Application
- Suitable for occasions that require low noise, rust prevention, and lifelong lubrication. Lubrication and protection of various bearings and sliding components such as audio and video equipment, office equipment, computer peripheral equipment, machine tool spindles, precision instruments, etc;
- Used for long-term lubrication of air conditioning motor bearings, washing machine motor bearings, electric fan bearings, and vacuum cleaner motor bearings.
- It is used for high-temperature and long-life lubrication of engine tensioner bearings, air conditioning electromagnetic clutch bearings, alternator bearings, cooling water pump bearings, and starter motor bearings of automobiles, and can be used in working conditions with water or salt water pollution.
