Hank Low Temperature Damping Grease

Low temperature damping grease is a low temperature resistance ointment made from special polymer synthetic oil and high-purity inorganic thickener. It is divided into more than ten models according to torque, and the damping increases in order. This low-temperature damping grease is designed for precise positioning mechanisms, fine tuning, and damping and shock absorption of blocking and buffering mechanisms used in high and low temperature environments, making the movement of the mechanism more gentle, smooth, and accurate. It has the superior characteristic of maintaining constant torque within the temperature range of -30~80 ℃.

- Excellent electrical insulation and shear stability, strong adhesion, and long service life;
- Good waterproofing, corrosion resistance, and sealing properties, low volatility, and no toxicity;
- Highly chemically inert, non corrosive to metals, and well compatible with most plastics and rubbers.
Product Application
- It is applicable to damping and noise reduction between plastic/plastic, plastic/metal, metal/metal under torsion, such as audio equipment knob, tripod, door and window damper, potentiometer, capacitor, rotary shaft locator, direct sliding locator;
- Suitable for damping and anti slip of lens focusing mechanisms in cameras, microscopes, telescopes, and rangefinders. It can be used for disc buffer gear switch device of disc player, damping gear of car (audio, ashtray, glove box, handle, lamp).
Other instructions
During use, impurities should be prevented from mixing in to avoid affecting the effectiveness of use.
This product cannot be mixed with other oil products. This product should be stored in a sealed container.
Strictly prevent the mixing of moisture and impurities during storage and transportation.
