Hank Low Temperature Plastic Lubricating Grease

This product is a white long-lasting lubricating grease made from synthetic oil with excellent low-temperature performance as the base oil, lithium soap as the thickener, and various additives such as white solid lubricant, antioxidant, and corrosion resistance. This high-performance grease is designed for lifelong lubrication of plastic gears, plastic/rubber, and metal friction parts in electronics, electrical appliances, automobiles, and precision instruments, with excellent wear resistance, durability, and noise reduction.
Performance characteristics
- Wide working temperature range, low starting and running torque at low temperatures;
- Excellent load-bearing capacity and wear resistance, able to effectively eliminate noise for a long time;
- Extremely low friction coefficient, evaporation loss, and diffusion, with good adhesion performance;
- Excellent oxidation stability, well compatible with most plastics and elastomers;
- Good water resistance, shear stability, and colloidal stability, with an extremely long service life.
Product Application
- Suitable for long-term lubrication and noise reduction of plastic gears or sliding parts of automotive electrical components, rearview mirrors, throttle controllers, and control cables (throttle, brake).
- Commonly used for lifelong lubrication and noise reduction of plastic gears, sleeves, switches, sliding guides, and plastic sliding bearings in electronic devices, household appliances, office equipment, disk drives, precision instruments, etc.
Other instructions
During use, impurities should be prevented from mixing in to avoid affecting the effectiveness of use.
This product cannot be mixed with other oil products. This product should be stored in a sealed container.
Strictly prevent the mixing of moisture and impurities during storage and transportation.
