Hank Super Low-temperature Bearing Lubricating Grease

This product is a high-performance low temperature lubricating grease refined with low viscosity ester synthetic oil as base oil, modified inorganic compound as thickener and various additives such as extreme pressure anti-wear, anti-oxidation, antifreeze and anti-corrosion. This extremely low temperature lubricating grease is designed for rolling and sliding bearing lubrication in environments with extreme low temperatures or rapid temperature changes. It can still reduce the torque force of the bearing during startup and operation even in low temperatures up to -70 ℃.

- Excellent low-temperature operation performance and lubrication performance, with minimal low-temperature starting torque;
- Excellent water resistance and corrosion protection capabilities, with a DN value of 400000;
- Excellent wear resistance and load-bearing capacity, extremely low friction coefficient and evaporation loss;
- Good oxidation stability, mechanical stability, and colloidal stability, resulting in extremely long bearing service life.
Product Application
- Suitable for lifelong lubrication and protection of mechanical friction components such as rolling/sliding bearings, gears, etc. in extremely low temperature environments;
- Suitable for mechanical and electrical equipment, low-temperature liquid delivery pump motors, high load refrigeration machinery, and shafts for extremely low temperature instruments for outdoor work in severe cold areas; Lubrication and protection of bearings, cams, guide rails, and gears.
Other instructions
During use, impurities should be prevented from mixing in to avoid affecting the effectiveness of use.
This product cannot be mixed with other oil products. This product should be stored in a sealed container.
Strictly prevent the mixing of moisture and impurities during storage and transportation.
