Hank Food Grade Lubricating Grease

This product is a food grade lubricating grease refined from food grade white oil as the base oil, aluminum composite soap base as the thickener, and additives such as antioxidant and anti-corrosion. This white food grease is designed for the lubrication and noise reduction of plastic gears, plastic/metal friction components in food processing appliances, medical equipment, and children's toys. The selected materials comply with the requirements of FDA regulations 172.35-75, and are certified as USDA/NSF H-1 lubricants. It does not contain any toxic substances or heavy metals, making it absolutely safe for food.
Performance characteristics
- High adhesion, able to maintain stable noise reduction effect at different speeds;
- Excellent water flushing resistance, able to provide good lubrication in humid and water environments;
- Excellent load-bearing capacity and wear resistance, well compatible with most plastics and elastomers;
- Good thermal stability, colloidal stability, and corrosion resistance, providing protection for metal materials.

- Suitable for lubrication and noise reduction of plastic/metal components, plastic gears, medical equipment, bearings and sliding rails of children's toys, kitchen appliances, medical equipment, etc;
- Especially suitable for lubrication, noise reduction, and waterproofing of gear transmission mechanisms and rotating shafts of food machinery such as juicers and mixers.
Other instructions
During use, impurities should be prevented from mixing in to avoid affecting the effectiveness of use.
This product cannot be mixed with other oil products. This product should be stored in a sealed container.
Strictly prevent the mixing of moisture and impurities during storage and transportation.
