Hank's Rust Preventive Water BS-402
It is non-toxic, does not contain sodium nitrite and has good corrosion inhibition performance on steel and copper parts etc. It can be used with reference to the following options: Sealed rust prevention takes the original BS-402 solution and the usual packaging materials, such as polyethylene film, compound paper, neutral wax paper or sodium benzoate anti-rust paper with packaging and sealing. The rust prevention effectiveness can reach more than one year and is suitable for the direct rust prevention treatment of mechanical parts after cleaning with water-based cleaning agents.
Rust prevention in the middle store
Take BS-402 original solution 10%~15% diluted and then spray on the mechanical parts stacked in the intermediate storage, and repeat the spraying once every week or so to achieve the purpose of rust prevention in the intermediate storage. It is suitable for the short-term rust prevention treatment of large-sized mechanical parts.
Inter-process rust prevention
Soak mechanical parts in 4%~10% BS-402 diluted solution, the rust prevention time can be up to 2~3 months. Suitable for inter-process soaking of small mechanical parts to prevent rust. If immersion is not used, the concentration of the solution should be increased.
