Hank's Thin Layer Rust Preventive Oil BS-406
BS-406 thin layer antirust oil is made of film-forming agent, oil-soluble corrosion inhibitor and petroleum solvent etc. through special process, it is a low oil film and high antirust type antirust oil, which is suitable for sealing and antirust of all kinds of precision machinery and hardware products, with long time resistance to humidity and salt spray, especially suitable for export products which have to be shipped with high requirements of salt spray resistance.
Recommended use.
It is especially suitable for exporting products that require high salt spray resistance. It is suitable for sealing and preventing rust of precision parts with thin oil film (such as tools, gauges and small parts), and also for other materials such as steel, cast iron, copper, aluminum and zinc.
Use method:
The oil can be applied by dipping, brushing or spraying, etc. The use area of each liter of oil is about 50 square meters. The surface of the workpiece should be clean and free from oil, hand sweat and water when applying the oil to ensure the quality of rust prevention. Avoid mixing water and other foreign substances in the oil.
