Lubricants in the construction machinery industry
Special oil for construction machinery, also known as engineering machinery lubricating oil, refers to specialized lubricating oil used for large-scale mechanical equipment such as excavation machinery, loading machinery, lifting machinery, bulldozers, and road construction machinery. The special oil for construction machinery mainly includes diesel supercharging engine oil, anti-wear hydraulic oil, heavy load gear oil, hydraulic transmission oil, and more than ten varieties.
1. Engineering machinery specific anti-wear hydraulic oil: It has excellent anti-wear performance, better foam resistance, and thermal oxidation stability. Engineering machinery specific hydraulic oil usually uses HM/HV46 or higher grade hydraulic lubricating oil
2. Construction machinery gear oil: mainly used for front and rear drive axle main reducer and wheel side reducer systems. According to the quality level of API vehicle gear oil, API GL-5 heavy load vehicle gear oil is commonly used for large construction machinery.
3. Special hydraulic transmission oil for construction machinery: There are only two enterprise specifications of hydraulic transmission oil in China, which are divided into No. 8 and No. 6 based on 100 ℃ kinematic viscosity.
